Recently, I purchased a home and was assisted by both Connie Johns as
well as Kim Mussman; together, these two ladies were incredible!

Connie went out of her way to be available (literally) whenever we
needed her services rather it be taking us through a house, answering
our questions, or pointing out both the pro's and con's of potential
properties. I felt one hundred percent comfortable allowing her to
guide us through the entire home buying process.

As we began our search for a home, I realized various agents had begun
to overwhelm me and my boyfriend with calls, e-mails, and everything
else you could possibly image =( I was annoyed and irritated by how
persistent and rude some of these realtors were. Connie, on the other
hand, was simply there to offer us the facts. She truly went over and
beyond what we had ask for or expected of a buyers agent.

Needless to say, I am currently carrying around her business cards to
hand out to anyone and everyone who is or will be buying or selling a
home anytime in the near future =] I was so impressed with her
character and confident in her skills that I refer her and Danberry to
individuals whom I am both well and not so well acquainted with!

Connie suggested that we consult Kim Mussman as our mortgage lender
and I am so thankful she did! Kim was also there to answer our
questions while at work and even on her own time! When we finally were
able to close Kim had to have an emergency procedure and right out of
the hospital she came to meet us at the closing table in order to make
sure that everything went smoothly. She returned calls promptly and
always had a smile on her face!

These two ladies deserve the very best from whomever they may be
employed by and definitely should be recognized for their time and
dedication to guaranteeing their clients satisfaction! Please be kind

Connie Johns recently helped me purchase my new home. I began the home buying process very nervous and skeptical. I had heard many horror stories from my friends and family members about how they felt their realtor had pushed them into purchasing too quickly or they felt their realtor had somehow misled them. One of my friends recommended Connie to me. She sent Connie an email and the next day Connie got in touch with me.
