A close personal friend recommended that I contact Connie Johns when I decided to sell my home. Connie took on this challenge with eagerness, enthusiasm and perseverance. I met Connie while I was working behind the counter of a local video store. She came in one evening towards the end of my shift and, in the process of halping her find a movie to rent, she mentioned that she was a realtor. Sue and I actually just 'stumbled upon' Connie as we were searching for a home to rent. We looked at a listing she had for sale, contacted her and asked if she would be willing to contact the seller RE: possible lease agreement. In these difficult economic times, we didn't want to try to sell our home in Tecumseh MI, and were looking to rent for a relatively short period of several years. Connie agreed, and with the sellers approval, brokered a wonderful deal that was a 'win-win' for both the seller and us.
Unfortunately for Connie, there was no commission involved in a lease agreement. But she really went out for us anyway, and was incredibly helpful. As she pointed out, "When the time comes and the home is on the market again, the seller will turn to me to sell the property for him, and I'll earn my commission then."
My initial hope was that she would simply contact the seller with my inquiry. She far exceeded that expectation by representing his best interests while at the same time making sure that my wife and I were treated fairly and honestly.
Connie has followed up on several ocassions, resolving property issues (repairs) that needed attention. When I have asked her, she has offered constructive advice on how we might make some improvements to the property that would make the home more comfortable for us while also enhancing the value of the home for the owner.
Connie would be my absolute 'first pick' in recommending a realtor. She knows her business, knows people, knows the market, and, through it all, has made this a most pleasant experience. I've owned several homes, in California and Michigan, and Connie is by far the best agent I've ever worked with! My highest praise!

Recently, I purchased a home and was assisted by both Connie Johns as
well as Kim Mussman; together, these two ladies were incredible!
Connie went out of her way to be available (literally) whenever we
needed her services rather it be taking us through a house, answering
our questions, or pointing out both the pro's and con's of potential
properties. I felt one hundred percent comfortable allowing her to
guide us through the entire home buying process.
As we began our search for a home, I realized various agents had begun
to overwhelm me and my boyfriend with calls, e-mails, and everything
else you could possibly image =( I was annoyed and irritated by how
persistent and rude some of these realtors were. Connie, on the other
